Eligibility for Cancellation:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a store credit as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to initiate a return following our Return Policy for store credit.
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom or made-to-order jewelry, cancellations for these items are not accepted once production has begun.
How to Cancel an Order:

Cancellation Processing:
- Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
- Store Credit: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the order (excluding any original shipping costs) within 7 business days. The store credit will be applied to your account and can be used towards any future purchase on our website. We will send you an email confirmation once the credit has been applied.
Exceptions:
In rare circumstances, we may need to refuse or limit order cancellations. This may occur due to factors such as:
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Repeated cancellations by the same customer.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
What if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return the items for a store credit (excluding original shipping costs) towards a future purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to initiate a return. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
