Kitakaturi Returns & Exchanges Policy

Each Kitakaturi piece is handcrafted with love, creating beautiful one-of-a-kind jewelry. This means your piece might have slight variations from the website images. Natural stones have subtle shade differences. These unique characteristics are part of the charm of handmade jewelry!

Before You Order:

  • Review product descriptions carefully: Descriptions highlight any potential variations and include size details.

`Exchange Policy:

  • Ready to Ship: We happily accept exchanges for Ready to Ship items within 3 days of receipt if you're not completely satisfied.
  • Made to Order: Due to their custom nature, exchanges for Made to Order items are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

To Initiate an Exchange:

  • Email us at hello@kitakaturi.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • For damaged items, please include photos to help us assess the issue.
  • Shipping costs, where applied, are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defect

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item, which is faulty or damaged, please write to us at hello@kitakaturi.com describing the issues within 2 days of receipt of the order.

We will be able to exchange items with manufacturing defect after running a stringent quality check process on receipt of the return. We will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Once the return is accepted we will manufacture the same item and send it to you within 18-20 working days or issue a credit note towards a future purchase.

We've Got You Covered (For Repairs):

We offer repair services for all Kitakaturi jewelry, including repolishing. For a repair estimate, please email hello@kitakaturi.com.

Repair costs and shipping are your responsibility.

What's Not Covered:

This policy doesn't cover accidental damage or wear-and-tear resulting from use. We also don't offer express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, quality, description accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
